When food do you like don’t like you

In my doctoral program, asked me to narrow professional (sugar addiction) – I had studied food intolerance.

A lot of books on this subject from food reactions, and then enter the chemicals in our homes and offices, fuel gas, etc. Important, because these things, they have no nutritional value.

My interest in food intolerance has been linked to addiction. Recently, I “attend” seminar by J. J. Virgin first book (I believe) of food intolerance and how to eliminate these food to improve health and lose weight. The seminar of re – sparked my interest in food intolerance and addiction.

Common cause food intolerance include chocolate, corn, soy, wheat (or other food containing gluten), peanuts, dairy products, eggs, sugar and other sweeteners. if the food and into the blood, can cause inflammation. Acute reaction may be short, the body may soon return to homeostasis.

if someone continue to trigger foods with the passage of time, the body experiences. The immune system may become slow reaction (or not). Now the reaction could be significantly slower than acute reaction. Signs or symptoms may last for a longer time, sometimes a few hours or days.

how to become an addict?. Combination can produce temporarily relieve symptoms through the analgesic action of endorphins and serotonin, and emotional height and a feeling of relaxation.
